Requirements / Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in telecommunication or related field of study;
? At least 1 years of RF working experience with GSM/WCDMA/CDMA RF experience;
? Having GSM based technology (GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, HSDPA, HSUPA) and CDMA based technology (1X, EVDO) preferred;
? DT Data post-analysis, Making Drive test analysis report
? Familiar with tools/software such as Actix, Winfiol, Mapinfo, TEMS, Nemo, GPS;
? Good knowledge of RF principles;
? Good communication in English;
? Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer;
? Ready to be assigned in all over Indonesia.
? Fluent in English, both oral and written
? Persuasive and have open mind
? Have good leadership
? Determine for the goals
